Description: Fairly typical example of a male Khajit, aside from his unusually dark coloration. Fur is nearly black, with a few patches of dark grey or brown. He stands just over six feet tall and has blue-green eyes. He was detained after a brawl in a nearby tavern, although he claims he was not responsible for starting it, and reports from others who were present corroborate this.

Other information: From what he's been willing to tell us, he was born in northern Elsweyr, but migrated northward as soon as he was able, for a number of reasons, and has been gradually moving farther and farther north. At the time he was detained, he had on his person: a set of well-worn leather armor, a hunting bow and a quiver of arrows, a simple dagger, and a few assorted pieces of jewelery; he surrendered his weapons without complaint, and was on the whole rather cooperative, if somewhat blunt in his remarks.

Current status: As we could find no evidence that Rrayuh instigated the brawl or committed any other crimes, his possessions will be returned and he will be released upon paying a token fine for some of the damage to the tavern's property, on the condition that he leave the city immediately to avoid any more such incidents.
