Does anyone know any craftsmen who are particularly adept and creating arrows in southern skyrim?
I was supposed to have met with someone in Whiterun to replenish my supply a few days ago but that didn't work out.

Sorry, don't know. But I can tell you what kinds of wood work best to make your own though.

Appreciate the offer but i'll stick to buying them. The problem is the last ones I used from Riften were so ineffective they might as well have lacked heads.

Still quite close to Whiterun, I can return within a few hours if need be. Imperial arrows would be good, i'll pay more for anything better so long as they're not glass or elven make. Stolen goods shouldn't be much of a problem.
