Birthplace- Unkown
Birth sign- Claims to be lover. Presumed thief.
Age- 25
Occupation- Claims to be traveling merchant and professional bard. Presumed to be a professional idiot.

Offense description- Disturbance of peace at the Drunken Huntsman. Caught drunk in public. Reports of Valdimir singing profanities about another patron's mother. Arrested for two nights and put on bail for 150 gold.

Additional notes- We should have arrested him for a week for not shutting up about lack of Nord pride.
