Journal of A Neerus

Day 1:
Well, officially it isn't a day one. I mean, you can't call it day one if you have been traveling for a bit. But here I am, new day one. I found this journal, empty of pages, sitting in the Bannered mare in Whiterun. Good find! Well, to get myself up to date, in the off chance I forget or something, I think I wandered into Skyrim, then crossed the border. The Soldiers there were not helpful at all. Wrong directions and leech letch leechrous eyes. Yeah, not pleasant.
Arm still is hurting, the wolf attack was at least exciting. I wish I could have caught it though. Skinned and made it into a coat. IT IS FREEZING at night. The city is warmer though and I got free room and food.

I mean, watching these writings just appear is quite interesting. Five minutes ago, this book was as empty as the innkeep's head. So, is this the work of a daedra, orworse? Then again, this could just be the work of a bored mage.

I don't work. I used to help on the farm and then I worked at an Inn then I left. I don't have a job now. I'm running out of gold too.

And I don't think my boss would like it if I wrote down details of what I did where others could see. Hm...Why aren't there shops where you can buy these sort of things? Blank books that could be used to write in. Why won't shops sell them?

You wouldn't be the first, ever since I picked this damn ledger. Some thugs were fighting over the thing before they ended up killing each other. I happened upon it soon afterwards and here I am, talking with folk across the land and then some.
